Website Design and Development Services

All website design and development projects require a minimum 15% deposit before work can begin. Once paid, this fee is non-refundable. In addition, a signed detailed service agreement is required.

Website Hosting Services

All web hosting fees are non-refundable. Our customers pay quarterly, bi-annually, or annually for their web hosting and should submit any cancellation notice in email or letter prior to their renewal date.

Marketing and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Services

No refunds are provided for any consulting fees paid.
